Shelby's Trio is such a fun concept, three distinct venues stacked into one space. We ate at Joe’s Garage, which has a playful, industrial feel with neon signage and metal textures that make the whole place feel like a themed experience in the best way.
I ordered the Fiesta PowerBowl, and it was genuinely delicious. The grilled chicken was tender, the cilantro‑lime rice had great flavor, and the black bean corn salsa added the perfect brightness. It came topped with a zesty crema that tied everything together. I skipped the avocado (not my thing), and it was still incredibly satisfying and well‑balanced.
The drink cups were a fun surprise, sleek, metallic, and totally on‑brand for the whole “garage” theme. Between the creative design, the layered concept, and the food itself, Joe’s Garage feels casual but intentional.
I grabbed a few photos because the visuals really capture the place's personality. It’s definitely somewhere I’d go back to, especially to try the other levels next time.
